The plywood industry runs on fake promises. FlaerPly is changing that — one home at a time.
In an industry where misinformation is the norm, most homeowners never realize their warranty is worthless — until they actually need it.
Local Plywood — Fake Claims
Stamps like "50-Year Warranty" are printed on substandard boards with no company, no support, and no accountability behind them. When things fail, there's no one to call.
Big Brands — Paper Warranty
Established brands offer written warranties, but making a claim means proving purchase authenticity — requiring a tax invoice in the homeowner's name. Since designers buy the plywood, homeowners are left out.
We built the FlaerPly warranty process from scratch, keeping two realities front and center:
First, plywood is almost always purchased by the interior designer — not the homeowner. Second, when something goes wrong, homeowners are already stressed. An investigation into purchase authenticity only makes it worse.
Our warranty is real, practical, and always issued in the name of the person who matters most — you.
1. Notify us when furniture is ready
Once the plywood has been used and all furniture is built, the buyer — homeowner or interior designer — calls 800-800-8114 to inform the FlaerPly team.
2. We visit your site
Our team schedules a convenient appointment, visits your home, and documents every piece of furniture made using FlaerPly — with photographs for our records.
3. Warranty card issued in your name
Regardless of who made the purchase, the warranty card is issued in the homeowner's name, listing all covered furniture. A copy also goes to the interior designer.
5. We come to you when there's an issue
Call 800-800-8114 any time. Our team visits your site, assesses the problem, and works toward resolution. No interrogation, no invoice hunting.
Since FlaerPly sells directly to customers without intermediaries, we maintain all purchase records ourselves. You'll never be asked to dig up old paperwork to validate your claim.
